This policy explains what we collect when you contact us through denovarix.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you submit it through our contact form.
- Context about the enquiry: the page and section you submitted from, and campaign tags in the link that brought you (for example utm_source).
- Technical data for security: a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address (we do not store the IP itself) and your browser's user-agent string, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your email address only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss working together. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not add you to a marketing newsletter.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored in a private database on our web hosting provider's servers and are accessible only to Denovarix. Notification emails about new enquiries are sent to our own business mailbox.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Security records used for rate limiting are deleted within 24 hours.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@denovarix.com and we will act on your request promptly.
